YUNHO FOUND himself on the kitchen, drinking water and has not have a proper sleep yet. “Why can’t I sleep?” He again gulped a huge amount of water and placed the glass on the table with force. “Why am I thinking of Mingi-hyung? And why am I being annoyed in knowing that he got out with that girl?”
“You’re not yet asleep, young master?” Mingi asked upon going out of the room while scratching his eyes. Yunho just looked at him and never gave an expression. “I woke up upon hearing something slamming then I saw you not on the bed. I worried so I hurried and saw you here.”
Yunho nodded twice. “It’s just me being annoyed that I slammed the glass on the table.” He was trying not to look at Mingi who just nodded. “You don’t have to worry about me. Kaya ko ang sarili ko.”
“If you can, why did your dad offered me to be your bodyguard?” Mingi asked, now having a raise on his intonation unlike how he used to talk to Yunho. “I’m sorry about that sudden question, young master.”
“Actually, you have a point in telling that. However, if you are still curious, why not ask my dad because he’s the one who appointed you to guard me?” That statement of Yunho has a hint of sarcasm that is really unusual. He started walking to the doorway of the room and stopped there for a moment. “Let me tell you this, my dad still gives you money in exchange of protecting me and making me safe and far from danger. Kahit na kaya ko ang sarili ko, you should still do your job.”
He closed the door as soon as coming inside the room. Mingi, who was just silent upon hearing those words coming from Yunho, heaved a deep sigh. He looked back and saw the glass of water where Yunho drank. He lifted it and looked at it. “You saw how Yunho changed from being clingy to rude, right?” It was as if Mingi is talking to the glass of water which will not give him any response. He slowly turned his gaze to the door and muttered something. “He’s not to blame. I was the one to tell him that we should just remain like this. I never know I will suffer more.”
The morning came and instead of the sun to greet Yunho the first in the morning, it was Maria who pressed the doorbell of the condominium. “You’re too early.” Yunho scratched his eyes and yawned after. He just let Maria come inside the condo and made her sit on the couch. “No doubt, you came for Mingi-hyung.”
She did not even greet the owner of the house a pleasant morning, which annoyed Yunho the most. He really thinks it’s not respectful for visitors to just go directly inside the house without greeting the owner or even smiling. What annoys him more is the fact that Maria went to the condominium for Mingi.
Speaking of Mingi, Maria’s eyes gaped open upon seeing Mingi went out of the room with a towel covering his lower body only. “Oh, you’re here already.” Mingi smiled while looking at Maria who was just speechless at that time. “Wait for me, I’ll just dress up.”
The annoyance on Yunho’s eyes were visible upon looking at Maria who was just looking at Mingi’s toned abs going to the bulge below. “Just dress up quickly,” annoyed Yunho uttered. He was feeling annoyed very well today. It was as if he does not want anyone to see the other’s naked body.
Pumasok lang si Mingi sa loob ng kwarto bago nakahinga si Maria. “His body was heavenly but I promised myself to avoid touching him when we are not yet married. Now, I can’t even wait more to marry him.” Nagawi ang tingin ni Maria kay Yunho na masamang nakatingin sa kaniya at nakalatag lang ang likod sa matres ng sofa. “Ya, Yunho…”
Lumingon si Yunho kay Maria na tinawag siya. “What?”
“You told me that you already saw everything about oppa’s body, right?” Yunho just looked at him, confused but still nodded as a response. “Have you already touched his body?”
“Why does that even matter now?” Yunho smiled naughtily and leaned forward to tell Maria one of his story. “To tell you, I already have saw everything on his body and even touched it.”
“All?”
“All,” mapanuksong sagot ni Yunho bago tumawa ng mahinahon. “We are childhood friends ni hyung, that’s why we already have seen each other’s naked body. Teka nga lang, ba’t ka ba nagtatanong tungkol diyan?”
“Nothing, I was just curious. I thought I will be the first one to ever touch his body but I’m not.” Yunho just rolled his eyes and stood up. “Sa’n ka pupunta, Yunho?”
He pointed his index finger to the room where Mingi went inside. “The room, why?”
“Eh?” confused Maria asked while raising her eyebrows. “I think you should at least let Mingi-oppa finish dressing up first before coming into the room.”
Yunho laughed at the ridiculous idea. “My house, my rules.” He opened the door of the room and saw Mingi who has not yet done in choosing the dress that he will use. “You’re taking too long in just choosing what to wear, can’t you do it quick? As I naman importanteng lakad naman ang pupuntahan ninyong dalawa ni Maria.”
Mingi looked at Yunho with lowered head. “I’m sorry, young master. I just can’t seem to find something that will suit you the most.” Yunho walked through him and gave him the checkered polo shirt that he got from the former’s closet. “You want me to use this?”
“Why am I giving this to you, then? Dahil trip ko lang?” Mingi grabbed the polo shirt that Yunho was giving to him and bowed. “Use that. Ah, it’s ridiculous how it seems like there is two Mingis here today. How can you use informal language to her while still use formal language to me when we are both younger than you?”
Mingi remained silent until Yunho grabbed the towel he was using to cover his lower body, leaving his naked lower body exposed. “Young master, what are you doing?”
“It’s not as if I haven’t seen that for a couple of times already,” Yunho uttered while looking at Mingi from top to the bottom. “I’ll use this towel. Maliligo na rin ako. My towel is still soaking wet at the laundry.” He went out of the room with the towel on his shoulder. “Mingi-hyung is still choosing what dress to use. Wait for him na lang, I’ll take a bath as well.”
“Teka, Yunho,” Maria uttered, stopping Yunho from walking to the comfort room. Maria’s left index finger started to point on the towel on Yunho’s shoulder. “Isn’t that the towel that oppa used to cover his body?”
“Ah, this?” Yunho grabbed the towel and showed to Maria who was confused of what is happening. She looked at Yunho with confused eyes, asking the other one to clarify something to her. “We have a lot of this towel but yeah, it’s the one that he used for covering his body. Don’t worry, we always do that in this house. What’s mine is also his and what’s his is also mine.”
It did not take a lot of time for Yunho to finish his bath so he immediately went out of the comfort room with no top and only his lower body with shorts. He was sneaking glances to Mingi who was talking with Maria while he was drying his hair. Upon Mingi looked at him, he immediately avoided gazes with him. “Young master,” Mingi uttered. Yunho did not look at him and directly entered the room. Nevertheless, Mingi still did finish what he was about to tell him. “Wear clothes, it’s cold because of the AC.”
Yunho made a tsk sound after entering the room. “Why is he worrying about me? I already told him that I can manage my own self.” However, Yunho still grabbed a shirt and talked before going out of the room. “Of course, I will not let Maria see my body. That perverted girl.”
“Oh,” Mingi uttered and stood up after Yunho went out of the room, looking annoyed. “You already are here. We’ll go now.”
“Where are you going?” Yunho asked with raised eyebrows. “Shouldn’t you be protecting me here and securing my safety? It still your job to do what I told you.”
Mingi and Maria looked at each other, hesitating who to tell Yunho. The latter just looked at them, as if pushing them to talk already. “Ah, young master, I already have told the big master that I will be out for today. I guess I haven’t told you yet, I’m sorry. But today, I will be out with Maria.”
“What if something happens to me while you’re not here?” Yunho is really pushing Mingi not to go with Maria with all his alibis and segues. “If so, let me come with you… to secure my safety, right?”
