Cat’s POV:
The next day I wake up earlier than usual, it is not surprising though I went to sleep as soon as I reach in my room from the party. I took off my dress, changed into my pajamas and fell asleep; I didn’t stay long after Lucas when Lucas returned with my drink.
I leave my room and go to Derrick’s as usual and climb unto his bed, he is sound asleep.
“Kitty?” He yawns.
“Sorry for waking you up, it’s still early and I can’t seem to go back to sleep”, I get under the sheets.
“It’s okay, I set my alarm for 6 am anyway, I’m going for a morning run”, he states.
“Can I come?”
“I’ll ask Lucas, we planned on running this morning and patrol the south boarder for an hour or two to give the warriors time off on that side”, he explains.
