After a gruelling rugby training session, I am shattered. You would think with my dad being the coach he would go easier on me and my brother, eh no. He works us extra hard on the pitch and at the gym when we are supposed to be working.
My dad, Stuart Black owns 4 gyms and has worked his butt off to get where he is today. I’m manager of one of the gyms and basically shadow my dad with running all four of them, in the hopes of taking over one day. My brother who is a couple years younger than me is still at college doing his business management course, I just graduated this year doing the same course, but I also am a trained fitness coach.
