It would have been favorable for her if Eugene perished in the fire together with the fifty-seven people who did. It would have made her mission successful, being that he died from it and she would finally be on her way without the Aces pestering her. She would have had her attention focused on remembering her past than being continuously pulled back on this sickening part of society where she has to offer her body to get on with life.
