Chapter FourAs Diona came down the stairs for dinner she felt as if she were taking part in a Play. Although her mother had often described to her the beautiful houses she had visited as a girl and where sometimes she and her husband had stayed, it was not the same as actually seeing anything as impressive and magnificent as Irchester Park.
