Shirley POV
Alex's car stopped in my yard. I quickly got out and closed the fence so that no one would see Alex there.
Alex got out of the car while persuading Jonas to get out. It was like my son was in a bad mood.
Alex gets into the car in the back seat. He smiled as he looked at Jonas. Peter didn't treat Jonas like this, even though Peter was also very kind to Jonas. Peter has always been more disciplined. But I know Peter loves Jonas.
"Do you want to tell me?" Alex asked. "I am your dad, by the way."
Alex put his arm around Jonas. I saw his gaze on my son. It was so sincere and warm. Was I wrong all this time? I thought Alex was rude, arrogant and authoritarian. How could such a gentle figure be so feared by so many shifters?
"Are you going to help me take revenge on them?" Jonas
