"Pardon us, My Lady. But Mr. Brisney forbids us if you wish to leave Wolftown," one of the soldiers replied.
"What?" I was shocked. This was a restraint. Alex can't do this to me. I had to go to Peter for an explanation. I didn't want to be accused like this.
I kept my foot on the gas, but the soldiers formed a line in front of my car.
"You want to fight me!" I screeched.
"We only listened to the Lycan King's orders, My Lady. Please forgive us. We don't want to be rude if you disobey the Lycan King's orders. Then we will have to resort to violence."
The nape of my neck tightened. I couldn't wait. I had to clear up this misunderstanding immediately. Alex threatened me with taking Jonas. I couldn't accept that.
