I darted out while holding Bianca. My eyes searched for Shirley's whereabouts. I also heightened my sense of smell to sense Shirley's scent.
I muttered to myself that I blamed Shirley for leaving Jonas with her friend. How could she do that just for a man? I had a reason to follow her. I would blame Shirley for abandoning her son. Even though from the bottom of my heart, the reason is because I'm jealous.
My mind became unhinged when I found out she was returning to Wolftown. I had tried to bury my feelings deeply so I could live a married life with Bianca as well as possible. But my heart could never lie. I love her, Shirley. Yes, I love her.
