Jeremy’s POV
When she puts my bag in the car, I open the door for her and help her and even take care of her dress
When I close the door, I feel weird like someone is watching me and Rahul was watching me from window.
I smile at him but he doesn’t respond.
I get into car then she takes the car out from the driveway and leave that time, he leaves that spot from where he was watching us.
Suzan is completely in her thoughts.
“Hey baby!” I wave my hand towards her.
“What’s going on” I ask her
“Nothing just uncle was a little bit weird when you were around. He wasn’t himself much.” She replies
“He felt normal to me but not that much. Leave Suzan and I hope you know the truth about your uncle being here.” I ask her
“Yeah, mom told be before drinks” She replies to me.
“Yeah, hope that would have relived you” I’m just hoping she was relived after hearing that.
“Yup I kind of was” She replies with a smile and she kisses me on my cheek.
We are silent the whole ride but she puts some songs in the car.
“Roses” by Chain smokers which is an amazing song
I and Suzan have the same taste in music and we share each and every playlist so I know her from the songs she is confused and want to think about something
When we reach my home there is a lot of security but I had Suzan’s License plate number added to VIP list to the security office.
Security might not check the car and all.
She is so lost in her thoughts that she didn’t even remember half of the ride.
She asks me “How did we pass security so soon?”
“Actually, last week I added your license plant number in family and VIP members.” I explain to her.
“Ohh thanks” She replies
Next song is Gravity by Sara Bareilles which is an extremely silent and good song.
When I park her car and get to the door. My mom would have got call from security so she is standing out I get out of the car and open the door for Suzan.
I help her out.
“Hello dear you are looking more beautiful in person”
“Hello even I’m here!” I tell her.
“You look pretty too my baby no doubt but you both look more beautiful together.” She compliments us.
“I even asked Jay if I can keep this and he allowed me too.” I tell my Mom
I hug Suzan from behind and stand in the same position.
“Mum where is dad?” I ask
“I guess at a meeting with the lawyers about some issues in town.” She replies me.
“Okay!!” I reply
“He is also happy about you two” She tells both of us.
Even she hugs us together.
As we walk towards couch Suzan gives the pack of Snacks and Sweets that Sheila made for us.
My mom brings us some wine and we all sit and talk for some time.
“So, Suzan how is your uncle doing?” She asks Suzan.
“He is pretty good I guess.” She replies with a big smile which anyone can tell is fake.
“Oh, that sounds great is he leaving anytime soon now?” She asks
“No, I have no idea Jenny” She replies
“Hey!” My father enters the room.
We all get up as we see him.
He hugs me.
Then he hugs Suzan and continues “You look so beautiful Suzan.”
“Hey you guys I’m dressed up too just Suzan is getting all the compliments.” I speak sarcastically.
“You are looking great son in that Indian look.” He replies with a sarcastic comment.
“Enjoy your trip I have done all the preparations for your trip so I guess you will enjoy more!” My father tells me and Suzan.
“Take Care there and do enjoy the place.” He continues.
“Thank you, Mr. Willson.” Suzan replies.
“No need of the formality dear just call me Josh.” My father tells her.
“Thank you so much Josh for this trip.” She replies
“Take care, Suzan dear and I heard that Rahul is back in the town?” He asks Suzan.
“Okay will you give him a message.” My father asks her
“Yeah sure!” She says with a smile
“Tell him the Mayor has called him for a meeting tomorrow.” He tells with a laughter in his voice.
“Do you guys know each other?” She asks out of confusion.
“Yeah, me and Rahul were on the same team for football, he was my junior and I guess he has no idea that I have become The Mayor.” He explains us
“Okay I will give him your message.” She replies him with a smile.
“Okay guys now I have to go! I will meet you later Have a great journey Suzan and even you to Jer.” He tells us and leaves the room.
Suzan’s POV
Even I say goodbye to Jenny and hug her and tell her “I will meet you soon and we will talk more about novel, travelling and all other stuff.”
“Yeah, off course and have a great journey dear!” She tells me and then I walk towards my car and Jeremy is walking with me.
When I get in the car Jer comes by and kisses me
“Hey you really don’t want my help for packing I could wait and help.” I ask him.
“No, you need to be there with you uncle and I can pack okay so chill and you need to be calm and keep your eyes on road please. Will you?” Jeremy tells me
He continues, “Don’t overthink any of the stuff just get there and be calm and talk out the stuff okay and do me a favor just text me or call me that you have reached home safely.”
I reply, “Yeah okay I will text you when I reach home.”
“I will leave now or else I wouldn’t even leave later.”
“Do you want me to come and pick at 8.15 so we can pack up and leave” He asks me
“Okay that will be great I will not be late I guess 8.15 is okay.” I reply with a huge smile.
“Okay anytime you want.” He tells me.
“So, bye love you take care” he continues
“Love you too, you too take care.” I reply and start driving.
I’m confused what will happen after I get home its almost 6pm so I just have to bear him for two and half hour I guess that will be easy.
What will he tell me about Jeremy because the way he was looking at him there is going to be something going on inside his head?
Jeremy’s POV
I go into my room and remove my suit case.
I change the clothes and sit silently for some time.
Finally, I open my phone and I have almost 10 missed calls 2 from my mom and 8 from Jake. I call Jake
*OVER PHONE*
“Hey dude?”
“Where the f**k have you been?” He asks me
“I was at Suzan’s place It was pretty late last night and she was not in the right mindset of driving me home.”
“So, I slept over that’s all.” I tell him
“That’s all? Bro you met her uncle and had a sexy photoshoot over there”
“Yeah, I asked her to be my girlfriend and she said yes.”
“Oh, dawg at last you got the girl.”
“So, how was she? Bro shut your thoughts outta here we just kissed!”
“So, how was the kiss?”
“It was great!”
“That sound great so what time are you coming at Jimmy’s place” He asks me
“I will pick Suzan and be there by 8.30 I guess.” I tell him
“Yeah, that will be great. Everybody is talking about you and Suzan.” He explains me
“Yeah, that’s the reason I kept my phone on DND.” I reply him.
“Okay I guess then you have not done the packing” He speaks
“Yeah, doing it now will meet you later, Bye” I tell him
“Bye”
I continue packing bag.
Suzan’s POV
When I reach home, I’m happy that I didn’t hit anyone nor I died I text Jer as I walk up to front door.
I unlock the door and walk inside the room. I keep the keys and walk towards living room Uncle is not there.
I go in kitchen to talk to my mother.
“Hey ma I’m home. Where are Dad and Uncle?” I ask my Mom.
“They are in the back yard talking” She replies.
“Okay what happened so Suzan are you ready for it” She asks me.
“Yeah, Ma let’s get this over with.” I reply to her and walk towards backyard.
I see my Dad and uncle I go and join them.
“So, you left Jeremy?” My uncle asks me
“Yeah, uncle I even got a message for you the Mayor asked to see you tomorrow morning 10 am” I tell him
“Who is the mayor?” Uncle asks
“I guess you should go and look for yourself Dad don’t tell him the Mayor wants to keep it a secret till he meets uncle tomorrow.” I reply
“Okay” He replies and laughs
“Okay okay I will meet him tomorrow” he replies with a laugh
“So, let’s continue with the counseling” My uncle speaks
