I felt so much pride in my son, he lowered himself and linked me, he was taking his mate for a ride and I watched him take off into the morning sky. Dom looked at me, and then I saw two servants looking at us and bowed, one said, "Sorry to interrupt Your Majesty, but something happened to the garden," I was confused because I knew and thought everyone knew. Finally, I decided to look at the damage done over there because it meant everything to me, my eyes clouded with tears after I saw that it was burnt and partially frozen.
I could tell it was set on fire and then someone who was an Ice Dragon put it out, I was angry and walked over to my uncle's quarters. I opened the door, and he was reading a book, he looked at me and smiled, asking, "Why are you here this early, my dear?" I yelled, "You burned my garden down," he said, "I didn't, but I put it out, you should talk to the young prince, Your Majesty," looking at Dominic. I was furious and holding my tears in, I loved that garden, it was my sanctuary, Dominic tried to hold my hand, but I pulled away and ran outside to try and fix it. I grabbed my garden tools as my tears flowed, Dom said, "Mia, I will fix it," I said, "Your son hates me, Dom, nothing will change that, now leave me alone," Dom sighed and walked off. I knew I was harsh, but the truth of the matter was, that this was a complicated situation we were in and kids were involved, maybe, just maybe, I shouldn't have let Dom in.

I walked over to my son's room, and he was still in bed, I woke him up by pulling the drapes back, he moaned, and I said, "We need to talk, Jae." He said, "f**k off, old man," lying back down, Theo perked up at the disrespect and I yelled, "Get up, Jae," he looked at me and got up, I asked, "Why did you burn Mia's garden down? She loves that garden, she built it with her bare hands," he asked, "Do I look like I care? She is w***e anyway," I lost it and yelled, "I won't take the disrespect from you, she is my mate and my wife, you don't have to like it, but it is what it is, and you will respect her. You are to go back to Palace One and remain in your room until I say you can leave," it was an alpha command so he could not disobey. Jae was angry, I could tell, he yelled, "I hate you," before jumping out the window and heading to Palace One, I mind-linked his mother about his punishment and I sat down wondering what the hell had gotten into him.
