“No, it’s alright. I managed to get here safely after all.” I smiled at Ben softly, trying not to think about what had happened as something that bothered me. It wasn’t the first time something like this had happened to me. But no matter what, there was no way I was going to grow accustomed to it. I hated every second of it and it made me feel weak. But I knew I wasn’t. I dealt with it and I was safe. The guy was also handed to the police. I only had to give them a statement.
