Third person's POV
While Lerato is suffering in Zimbabwe, Isabella and Angelica are going for their first ultrasounds. They decided to go together because they knew Anna was a few weeks ahead of Angelica. Angelo only stayed for a couple of days. He hardly smiles and looks like he is not thrilled about all the children about to be born. Angelica is worried about her brother. She has never seen him like this before. She wonders what is wrong with him. She does not know Angelo like this. Angelo usually is a very friendly guy who will always help everybody where he can. Did Angelo get his heart broken? She cannot worry about it now, as she has to focus on the baby inside her. Angelica will see her brother when she has the time. Since they are twins, they can never keep secrets from each other
