It was nearly midday, and we still hadn’t found one bit of evidence that she was still in the area. I knew Arius was bound to be on his last nerve and him strolling around a town full of humans with his demon so close to the surface was worrying me a great deal. He was a ticking time bomb of emotion. My phone vibrated in my pocket for the tenth time this morning and I pulled it out to see Arius' name again.
