The storm intensified, the thunder booming and lightning flashing. The rain hammered down, making Ava's fear of the elevator escalate. These situations exposed her vulnerability. While brave in other circumstances, the darkness, thunder, and lightning reduced her to a quivering flame, her fear consuming her. "Mommy!" "Mom, where are you?" Ava shouted as she cried. But no one answered her. The storm raged on, mirroring the torrent of tears streaming down Ava's face. Her vision blurred, overwhelmed by the fear. She huddled on the floor, her hands clamped over her ears, her cries echoing the thunder, desperate for her mother's comfort.
