"Good morning, son." Mom greeted me bubbly as I went down for breakfast. I was already on set for school and just going to fill my stomach before leaving.
"Good morning too, Mom." I replied and kissed her cheeks.
"Hmm, what a lovely boy. So nice morning." She said and then sat on the chair.
I also pulled a chair for myself, opposite to mom. While picking up the spoon, an inquisitive frown crease on my forehead seeing her oddly high spirit self. I couldn't help but gawk in wonder which resulted in teasing me by poking my nose.
Due to that, I repulsed which also made her giggle like a teenager.
I scooped some dishes for my plate as I initiated a conversation, "Mom, what is in you today? You look so happy. Could it be you just closed a deal with a big shot client?"
