After he met with the council, Nikolai went to his office which is just adjacent to the meeting room. The office was just right in size and it was filled with oak wood design including the desk and the shelves behind the desk. It also has a fireplace and a grandfather clock.
Nikolai went behind the desk and looked at everything that was displayed on the shelves, while Trevor and the others stood by the side of the room.
“Boss.”
Nikolai and turned around and saw Matteo come in. He sighed and sat on the chair behind his desk and offered a seat to Matteo.
“I came here to personally congratulate you,” Matteo said.
“Thank you. But I am telling you it wasn’t easy to be here.”Nikolai told him and Matteo nodded.
“So, should we have a celebratory banquet or just a dinner?” Matteo asked.
