Nikolai scrambled up from his sleep when the door in his room slammed open. He was sitting up, his eyes were half open and then he saw Midas standing at the foot of his bed.
“Wake up sleepy head. Your training starts today, the consigliere wants you to run around the premises fifty times.” Midas said.
“What?” Nikolai asked, still half asleep.
“Kian and Revel will be waiting for you after your run so hurry up,” Midas told him and then he walked back towards the door.
Before going out he paused and looked back at Nikolai who went back to sleep. He sighed and shook his head.
“Five minutes. You only have five minutes to get down to the yard, or else I will throw you out of the window.” Midas said and then he left, closing the door behind him.
