“Nova is it true?” Carmen asked me as I made Brandon a coffee.
“Is what true?” I asked, confused.
“That you are seeing Mr Hayes?” She said, “Darcy is telling people you are.” She added.
I should have known that b***h cannot keep her mouth shut. It makes me wonder what else she is saying about Brandon and me? I was not sure how to answer it because we are pretending that is what we are doing. I had to watch what I was saying and doing here because it could ruin everything. I rattled ideas around my head what to do and say, deciding to keep it simple.
