9 THE CRAFT I’D SEEN in the shed, of course, was Asha Domiri’s, and he was bold enough to leave during the daytime. Even the regular Exchange wasn’t in operation then, because the entry point to the anpar lines lay just outside the atmosphere, and the intense vortices of energy that the Exchange core produced when it connected to the anpar network interfered with regular air traffic.
