“Speak.” The cold aloof voice says to the person on the other end of the line.

Roman picks up his cell phone and disconnects it from the speakers in the meeting room.
The senior staffs in the meeting room look between themselves, finding this action of their boss very strange.
This was the same boss who would rather they stay in a meeting for six straight hours than give them a break to work on their proposals.
He never takes calls during meetings and has sacked a staff whose phone rang during a meeting.
