People thought that being the future Alpha was all about power. Really though, my every move was watched. And if I did something wrong, then everyone would know about it. Since Iris wasn't who everyone expected me to be with, everyone knew about it. The cabin that my family lived in was really two cabins. One for the family, and one for the pack which were both one and the same. Cousins, uncles, and aunts lived there. But there were also enough rooms in the second cabin for when we had large meetings, like the one being held for The Immortals Council.
“Are you nervous?" Jackson asked.
“Of course, he's nervous," said Milo, “don't ask dumb questions. They're going to decide on whether or not him and Iris get to be together. It's not an easy thing."
