Ariana's p.o.v
I was woken up by a loud knock, I quickly sat upright then winced in pain, my ass was throbbing badly. When the handle moved I shifted in fear.
It was morning, but that didn't mean I was safe, I couldn't brush off the fear I was feeling.
"Who is it?" I asked after clearing my throat.
"Shadrach." He answered.
"Give me a minute." I said as I stood up and walked to the wardrobe slowly, I pulled out my lame, loose dress and quickly wore it.
"Come in." I said.
The door opened and he walked in, his face was slightly pale, he looked tired and sad.
"Hey, why the long face early this morning, Are you afraid that he will chase you?. He won't, I can promise you that because he punished me." I said with a fake smile to cheer him up.
