Chapter 9 After spending hours in the school gym, setting up for a homecoming that none of us were even planning on going to originally, I was exhausted. I passed out as soon as I got home and didn’t wake up until 1:15 P.M. the next day. I was pleasantly surprised by Sadie’s behavior. Though it did make me feel a bit guilty for the scheme I had hatched. Especially since the scheme seemed to have been pointless.
