“Good morning, sunshine.” Riko greeted Alyia, who finally began showing signs of life. The sun was already high in the sky and Riko stood in front of the electric stove placed on top of the kitchen unit, preparing breakfast for them. “Too loud.” Alyia whined, with her eyes still shut. The sun beams entering the room through the window shone right into her eyes, causing pain together with the strong hangover she suffered from. “You should stop drinking when I told you so.” Riko scolded her. Although they drank wine in the evenings whenever Riko stopped by, Alyia was not as heavyweight as Riko.
