“How’s your leg?” Riko asked her friend the same moment she left the doctor’s office. He removed her ankle brace and after six days, Alyia finally stood on her own two feet. Riko noticed she couldn’t put her weight fully on the injured one, but at least she could walk without the crutch.
“It’s good.” Alyia said with a smile on her lips. Doctor told her to take it easy for the next few days, but Alyia hid that information from Riko. She wanted to get back to her regular life as soon as possible and not just sit home, doing nothing. Every single time she came back home, being alone behind the closed door, her mind wandered to Hiro. She had so much to talk about, but for some reason he avoided her and since the day she found out who he was, she didn’t see him.
