Hiroki left Alyia’s apartment late. He stopped in the lobby to speak with the security guy. Hiro wanted to make sure that no one else would enter the building and get in front of her door. The guy briefly informed him about the only allowed person right after Hiro exchanged his phone number with him, just in case.
“If anyone stops by unexpectedly, please let me know right away. No matter what time it is,” Hiro instructed him. The security guy seemed reluctant at first, but hearing Hiro’s full name while saving his mobile number, he almost instantly agreed.
“That goes with the rest of my family as well.” Hiro added when he realized what made the security guy change his mind to help him out.
