The drive was long but our energy was high as the moon in the sky. I was ready to leave the pressure of school behind at least only for tonight. I was also ready to be free from my thoughts of Ronan and Alpha who have managed to plague my dreams in odd ways. My imagination was truly out of this world. I blame it on the stress of school and the fact that my parents are just waiting for me to run back into their arms, my dreams of being a Vet gone.
It wouldn’t. It hasn’t and it will never be the case.
I know what I want for my life and I was getting it no matter how hard or how pressured I felt.
For tonight and probably for many more nights until I graduate, I was just a regular University girl wanting to drink with my friends.
