After that unfaithful encounter with that strange man, called Rezef my mind seems not at ease all the time. I felt tremble as the wave of memories of that encounter slipped my mind.

‘That man is no ordinary man no matter how much I think of it. His presence in the same room as me is kinda’ of suffocating.’

“Are the meals not to your liking?” That attractive voice interrupted my thoughts. I raised my gaze to meet Draco’s.

“No, In fact, I am quite satisfied with these meals your majesty there is nothing for you to be worried about”. I replied to Draco who’s now sitting on the opposite side of the table in an inn we are staying in for the meantime as we are staying here for 3 days to check the capital’s condition along with my introduction as their queen.

“That’s good to hear from you, and besides that, I am planning to inform you that Iliad could escort you for tomorrow since I am planning to investigate some suspicious event happening in the capital. You may walk around in the capital but always make sure Iliad is with you all the time. I don’t want to see you hurt”.

‘Strangely, I am curious about why Draco seems earnest to want to protect me all the time. As if he’s expecting me to be in danger any moment.

“You need not worry your majesty, I’ll make sure to pay utmost importance to the words you uttered”. I replied and lowered my gaze as I continued to eat the food I am eating.

“Ah! I forgot to inform you we will sharing one room for tonight”

My face reddened from the words he utter and raised my head to meet his gaze who was now avoiding me turning his head away with his red ears showing in front of my sight.

“I did not mean it to sound in that way…It’s just we will be sharing the bed for tonight, I am not a man who will touch you without permission”.

‘Sure, that seems believable if only naught of those past weeks you have a skillful talent of touching me’ I thought annoyingly. As if reading my emotions like an open book displayed right in my face.

“—Well in that case I think you won’t believe such a thing like that”. Draco chuckled and added. “It seems that it is hard to keep my hands to myself from such a beautiful wife”.

“That’s quite a flattery of you to say your majesty, but I’m afraid this face does not hold such a beauty as what you claimed”. I replied, wiping my mouth with the use of the napkin to wipe any excess food on my mouth.

“I have no such thing for flattering words, your highness, I did say things only based on my observation and you had quite a beautiful face”.

After dinner with Draco, I immediately went to our room and take a bath to soothe the tense muscles all over my body after the series of events that happened a while ago. Thoughts still lingered about that man I met a while ago and the story of the Sword in the boulder.

‘Just who are you Reshka? Who are you?’

Tired of all the things slipped to my mind leaving me to wonder, my eyes start to doze off, and soon without realizing it I felt my body slip into the tub deeper.

A shout from someone calling my name woke me up from my dozing off, and when I pried my eyes open Draco’s worried and golden eyes met mine as he coax me in his arms. His warm touch on my cold face made me shudder as he cupped my face with his big hand that is uncontrollably trembling so much. My body felt heavy and cold as the breeze of the wind that went past through the window made me shiver, my face flushed as I realized that I was being cradled naked in his arms shivering like a cat who had gone from straying out of his master’s premises.

“Are you all right? Are you hurt somewhere else? You can tell me”. I gulped as he stares immensely into my eyes luring me with his golden ones that are full of mystery and sorrowness. His breath fanned all over my face as he slowly gently approached mine. My heart thumped loudly as we had our faces only a few inches away from one another. My body shuddered as I felt his finger trace the line of my back down to the top which made me let out a gasp of shock and excitement.

“You always drive me, insane lad,” He said, scooping me into his arms, and ushering as to a room with only one lamp just enough to light the whole room up. Placing me softly in the soft quilt that is thoroughly washed gently.

“Stop me now, if you don’t want to regret something later on”. He said huskily as he stared at me openly with my body fully bare in front of him, my chest heaving up and down from the tense as he teased me using his hands that are skillfully roaming around all over my naked body, tracing every inch and curve of me. “Answer me”.

Pulling me roughly using my legs as he tug me closer positioning himself in between my legs he cupped my face gently as he stared, at my eyes looking for an answer. “Do you want me to stop?”

“No---” I whispered, answering meekly barely enough only to let a faint sound of words uttered out of my lips.
