I am going to lose another Marcus. I thought.
I trailed behind Dave as we hurried to Alpha James office. I sniffle behind him trying as much as possible to hide from the sight of other wolves. Most of them sniffed the air suspiciously as we hurriedly past them. The guards at the Alpha’s office crunched their faces in anger as I approached hiding behind Dave.
"It is alright. He is it me. He is Alpha James’ guest." He stated calmly. I bowed my head refusing to meet their glaring face. Wolves and their temper when it comes to strangers intruding their territory. I shook my head.
"You can't do this." I heard Wayne shout behind closed doors. "You have waited this long, you can't give up now. All I ask is a few more months."
