The bath took much longer than either of us had planned, as we were both just content with being there, away from everyone else, and even ourselves, away from everything that could drift us apart. Nikolai had gone downstairs again after changing into comfortable sweats, and I stood in front of the mirror, drying my hair off. I could see the onset of hickeys spread all over my neck, and it only made me smile. They were beautiful. I let my hair dry for a bit before I wore the shirt. It stopped, right mid thigh, and since I thought my hair looked good just the way it was, I let it down. I made my way downstairs to Nikolai.
