"Sucks being a big sis, huh,” Lucy said, and I chuckled.
"Why do you say that?" I asked. She stopped at her locker and looked at me, sighing.
“Because-”
"Because?” I asked. She huffed, grabbing her stuff.
"When mom was pregnant with me, one of our relatives gave her a gift for me. It was a cute little pikachu plushy. It’s damn fuzzy and cute," she said, and I nodded, smiling.
We started walking to the entrance.
"When I was younger, I got attached to that toy, and it turned out it was my mom's favorite, so she doesn't let me touch it, but it’s mine! Right? But nope, not even Dad can help it. She acts like a baby herself sometimes," Lucy said, making me laugh.
