It was horrible. I couldn't think. But I just kept running, even if he told me not to. I was too scared. Scared of getting hurt. He was a monster, a beast. I shut my eyes and kept running. My leg got caught in one of the fallen branches and I looked back.  Tears ran from my eyes as I heard a deep growl. Chucking my shoes, I ran barefoot, but could not find a way out of the forest.  “God, please help me”. I scream as the creature slides in front of me. It was big, its teeth were waiting to dig into my flesh. I took a deep breath and backed away, making it growl more.  I placed my hand on my chest and fisted the pendent in my palm.
