I go to the library and see mama reading a book.

" Mama I want to talk to you. " I state.

" Sure. Is everything alright? " She asks.

" N..no. Noth..nothing is alright. " I break down.

" Oh my child! Lily what is wrong? Did someone say something to you? " She asks.

" It's Bra..Brandon. He hates me, he was the one to h..hit me. He lied to you mama. No one pushed me into the lockers. Brandon sl..slapped me. He called me names... bad ones and he bullys me in school. He hates me for coming into this family. If you guys don't want me then just send me ba..back. But I don't like Brandon. He scares me. I'm so scared of him. He thr..threatens me. " I pour my heart out to her.

" Hit you? Lily he has hit you? " She asks shocked.

I just nod my head.

Mama takes a deep breath.

" Does Jake know of it? " Her questions shocks me. What am I supposed to say now.

" Ye..yes " I stutter while giving a reply.

She grabs my hand and heads for papa's office. She barges in without knocking. I have never seen her this furious.

" Call Brandon now. " She orders the maid.

" How could you Jake? I thought you changed but you are still the same. " Mama says.

He looks at me for a moment and then understands the situation.

" I didn't want to hurt you that is all. I was trying to change Brandon. I did punish him but I never knew he would hit Lily. Even today I warned him. I did not inform you because I knew you would be deeply hurt. " He explains.

Just then Brandon comes in.

" What's the "

*Slap*

Mama slaps him on his face.

" Mama what did I do? " He asks, shocked.

" I feel ashamed to call you my son. Is this how I raised you Brandon. That you will raise your hand on a woman. I'm leaving and Lily is coming with me. I can't live with such monsters. " She states.

" Mama I can explain. I don't mean to do it. It was an accident. I swear. Please don't be angry with me. " He says, grabbing her hand.

" Brandon leave me this instant. " She screams.

He backs off, I can see tears forming in his eyes.

Mama takes me with her and we drive out of the house. I don't know if I did the right thing or not?

" Mama you didn't have to leave papa for me. " I say.

" Lily I had to. You need to understand and so do they, that you are as much of my child as Brandon and Bella are. I will not tolerate any injustice done to you. " She states.

Jake's POV

" This all your doing Brandon. I warned you not to hurt Lily, because she takes Lily as her own daughter. You did not just hurt Lily but you hurt your own mother. " I exclaim.

Brandon looks down with guilt. Not able to meet my eyes. Years, it took me years to take away all the bad memories yet she called me a monster again. Maybe I didn't raise my son well.

But what was I supposed to do? I tried to warn Brandon. I punished him too but his hate for Lily is just too much. I need my Crystal. I can't loose her.

" Get out of the house and do not show me your face again till my wife forgives you. " I order.

" I'm sorry father. I'll talk to mom and I'll convince her to come back. " He says, and then heads out.

I grab my phone and try to call Crystal. She has blocked me!

Brandon's POV

Mother left me for Lily. Mother left us for that b***h! If she thought I hated her then, well she has got another thing coming. I will make her life a living hell. My mother is really important to me and you snatched her away. I wipe my tears and head out of the house.
