Ansel In my office, I made a call to Elisa's apartment. I called the office number so it'd go directly to the landlord. "WHAT?" a man barked on the other line. Wow, what great customer service. I chuckled softly. "Am I speaking to the building manager?" I asked. "I am the owner. What can I do for you?" the man said gruffly. "I would like to pay the rent for one of your apartments.
