I had never imagined a man living with me so soon , but I guess that’s what’s happening well. At least for now, Adam had packed a bag and moved into my house last night. This morning I’d sneaked out of bed and come downstairs , I’d made a cup of coffee and was sitting on the porch with it. By the time I’d gone back to bed last night, it was nearly morning already.
So I wasn’t surprised it was nearly lunch by the time I’d woken up. For the first time, I sat allowing all the information I’d been given in properly. It made my heart pound in my chest but I needed to fight past it. The people of this village putting themselves in danger for me didn’t sit right. But the other option was to hand myself over to Frank, who was a freaking wolf .
