I already mean to jump up and get the hell out of there, but I realize my mother isn’t looking at me right now. I still have the chance to play into this. I let my head slowly drift towards the table, forcing myself not to lunge at her as I hear her kicking Beelzebub away from her feet, the cat meowing angrily. Luckily, my hand is touching the leg of the table, where Beelzebub is tied around. And I quickly start to untie the leash with just the use of my fingers, while I’m still slowly moving my head towards the table. Once I feel the leash is free, I grab it tightly in my hand, knowing that I don’t have much time to move. I jump up and yell: “Aeroctulis!” I can hear my mother gasp in surprise as I send a violent gush of air into her eyes, making her unable to see for some time. And it’s
