Ryuji, Derris, and Catherine were so shocked by the power that Alex showed, namely a transparent shield in the right hand, and a sharp sword in the left, so they even called Alex a 'Mixed race or Holy knight'. While Alex didn't understand what they were saying, he was just trying to withstand attacks from the opponent while protecting Ryuji. But one thing he knew for sure was, the enemy's ability was greater than his newly awakened ability, so there would be little chance for him to win.
Then without warning, Derris immediately gave his ultimate attack to Alex, he drew his spear then with all his might, then again he drew his spear at Alex while shouting.
"Pierce through!!!"
"Watch out!!"
Ryuji shouted while jumping and hugging Alex's body to get away from Derris' attack, because what happened next was, Alex's transparent shield could be easily destroyed by the spear's ultimate attack from Derris, causing Alex and Ryuji's bodies to be thrown again, plus Ryuji's back was injured from being hit the aftermath of Derris' attack. So that they are both now lying helpless.
While Catherine said. "Derris, kill Ryuji. And after that we can take this kid to our base."
"Okay." Derris replied while walking closer to Ryuji. He will give another Pierce through attack against the blue shirt man who is now lying helplessly waiting for his death. And without further ado, Derris just pointed the spear at Ryuji's stomach.
But luckily, help came for Ryuji and Alex, because suddenly someone stood in front of Ryuji and that person used a transparent shield to block Derris' spear attack. The person who had saved Ryuji's life was a man with neat black hair, wearing army pants and a black t-shirt. He was a man who had previously appeared at the beginning of the story, namely a formidable man from the shield race. (The man in the black shirt)
When the man came, Ryuji looked at him with a smile, and he said. "Billy! I'm glad you came." Apparently the man's name was Billy.
While Catherine and Derris were surprised at the arrival of that tough man, especially Derris who was still trying to push and draw his spear to break Billy's shield, but Billy's shield was too strong for him, so Derris couldn't stand it and instead he was pushed and was knocked down by Billy, until he fell near Catherine.
Then after that Catherine began to give attacks from her whip sword to Billy, although each of these attacks could be blocked easily using the transparent shields that Billy created around his body, so that Billy's body could not receive attacks. Various transparent shields appear automatically when Catherine's whip sword tries to attack certain parts of Billy's body, causing Chaterine getting frustration as she can't inflict any damage on Billy at all.
Besides Billy, apparently there was one more person who came to the place to help Ryuji, namely a woman with short hair and dressed like a lady biker. The woman was standing not far from the battle ground, and she was holding some kind of bow in her hand, then while focusing on the enemy, she aimed at the enemy using her bow, and apparently she was able to create a transparent shield as well, which she then drew and reshaped into a slightly pointed one. so that the transparent shield is now forming a kind of arrow. Then quickly, the woman shot a transparent arrow at Catherine.
This caused Catherine to be shocked and then try to avoid the arrow's shot, so she retreated and stopped attacking Billy. And after Catherine managed to dodge the attack from the arrows that shot up to hit and punch a hole in the wall, then Catherine immediately looked at the short-haired woman while saying.
"s**t! Mi- Miran is here too!"
Then Derris said, "Chaterine!! Billy and Miran is here ... We can't beat them. Let's get out of here!"
"Wait, I'm sure I can beat those two!" Catherine said.
"No, we can't! Let's go!!" Take Derris while holding Catherine's hand, then the two of them finally leave the battle area. Even though Catherine didn't really want to go, so she was very upset that she had to run away from Miran, the shield race woman who wielded a bow.
Then, after the two enemies left, Miran picked up the katana sword that was lying on the ground and handed it to Ryuji, because it belong to him. Then the three of them gathered at the place and talked to each other.
"Th-thanks, Billy, Miran . . . I've been very helpful."
"You're welcome... Let's go to the base and treat your wounds." Billy said.
"Yeah, anyway, you don't usually lose to them Ryuji, What happen?" Miran asking.
Then Ryuji said. "Now let's put that aside for now, because I have something important that you should know."
"What is that?"
"I have found the one and only mixed race. He is the Holy knight." Ryuji pointed at Alex standing place.
"Whoa!!"
"W-what?? Really??" They were both shocked.
"Where is he now?" Miran asked.
"That ..." Ryuji turn around then he dumbfounded.
Because apparently Alex was no longer there, his whereabouts had disappeared somewhere, and there was only Alex's sword lying on the ground. The sword had just been resurrected but now it was abandoned by its owner.
So Miran and Billy were surprised too because they saw the lying sword, while Ryuji screamed hysterically because he had lost Alex's figure.
"Whaaaa!!! T-that kid, where did he go?? And why did he even leave his sword here." Ryuji said.
"So the kid you were with earlier managed to awaken his sword power? ...Then that means he's a sword race, just like you." Billy said.
"Not only that." Ryuji replied.
"What?"
"Besides having this sword, that kid can even summon a shield."
"Hah??" They were both even more surprised.
"Impossible."
"Then there's no mistaking it, he must be a Holy Knight! ... Namely a rare human who is only born once every 100 years."
"Yes, and since Catherine and Derris have seen his figure. Then they will definitely tell this to their Boss. Then the 'Sword of freedom' group will definitely start to act... Jefirros and his men will aim for the kid's life no matter what happens." Billy said.
"Hmm... This is really bad." Miran muttered.
Then Billy started giving instructions. "... Alright, we should be able to find and protect that kid."

Meanwhile, elsewhere, Alex was running hastily towards his house. He had a terrified look on his face as he continued to run without looking back, as if he was being chased by a ghost.
As he ran he said. "Huaaa!! I don't want to get involved with all of them! I've had enough bad things at school and besides I also have homework... Anyway I don't want to get involved!!" said Alex.
Then after he reached his house, Alex immediately ran up the stairs to his room, and he then he covered himself with the blanket while shaking with fear. For now it seems Alex doesn't want to be bothered and doesn't want to meet anyone. Because what happened today was both shocking and frightening for him.
