One week later
Sitting on Dante's lap in the office, Damien comes marching in.
Everything had been great for the past week. Turns out Dante is a little too goofy. We went on dates, ate ice cream a little too much, he even took me to a couples yoga class.
Boy did that go well..
"Babe I don't think I can bend any lower" I whine.
"Use your hip" he tells me. He was currently under me while I stood on top of him with my hands on his neck.
Awkward position.
"I. Can't." I say through gritted teeth.
"Yes you can. You're just stiff that's all" His positivity is really killing me here.
"Babe I can't do this, I'm getting down"
"Aspen no wait" but did I listen?
