**Raven POV** As we head to the packhouse, I feel like I’m seeing it for the first time. A very large home—well, more like a mansion—lit up by the large lanterns lining the entrance. The three-story building boasted a huge surrounding estate with homes scattered through the woods and even a pack hospital not far from the packhouse, slightly visible through the tree lines. I was so caught up in the crunch of black pebbles under my feet as we approached the packhouse, I hadn’t realized we weren’t taking the servants’ entrance.
