Mya’s POV:
It’s Saturday. I hate the weekends. Since there’s no school, that means extra work. Domina gave Artic a dog bed. I have to sleep in Domina’s den on the weekends. The dog bed sits by the fireplace on the floor. Artic loves it. Domina made us try it out. She says it’s not a luxury item, but I think it is. It looks like an oversize pillow. Inside the bed was filled with goose feathers. The bed itself was white and made of cashmere. It’s softer than my cot. It even had a gold plate on the side of the bed that says, Artic. Domina said she didn’t want an eyesore in her den. Such as my cot. It has to match the feng shui of her den. Whatever helps Domina sleep at night. But I know better. Artic pranced around her bed, testing it out.
“She loves it!” Domina said, clapping.
