I stayed out all night watching over Mya. General Ezra mind-linked me that Domina had put Mya on work detail. I planned to go in there, snatch her and run. But my plan failed. I heard Mya scream for me. I watched them beat her. Just when I was about to run in and get her, Mya had shifted into Artic. I knew Domina was doing it on purpose. She knew I would come. When Artic looked at me with reassurance, I stayed back. I heard Domina's taunts. Archimedes knew better. We weren't going to play her game. Mira came inside my office. I yawned.
