This species of creature is endowed with a pair of eyes and eyebrows that are both profound and robust. There are several canine teeth, which are rather prominent in their sharpness. It is a perilous, carnivorous werewolf that reigns supreme at the pinnacle of the food chain, exuding an intimidating and menacing aura. At times, when he breaks into a smile, there is an air of amiability in his expression. But as soon as Alice locks eyes with him, his countenance undergoes an immediate transformation. Even though his smile lingers for a brief moment. This made Iris feel a bit awkward. If it hadn't been for the leader of the wolf pack’s order to have him keep an eye on him, he and Nomi should have become good friends. At night, the tourists in the hotel sat on the steps outside the log cabin. Inside the cabin, everyone was scrambling for the freshly baked roast chicken, creating a lively atmosphere. Someone walked out. Almost without having to distinguish whose scent it was, just the approach of Olivia would make Nomi's body unconsciously relax. She sat down beside him and pushed the plate of chicken towards him. Nomi didn't take it. Olivia: "I'm already full. I managed to grab this from my colleagues with great difficulty. Don't let it go to waste." Just then, a black figure flashed past the two of them at an extremely high speed. However, it was clearly perceptible that its physique was extremely large and it was a standing beast. nomi sensed something amiss, immediately put down the plate in her hand and dashed out. Olivia also followed suit. When Olivia was last seen, she was perched upon a massive boulder at the edge of a cliff. The precipitous mountainside was craggy and perilous, and it was a mystery as to how she had managed to ascend. When she rose to her feet, it was so dark that Olivia nearly slipped. Nomi promptly reached out to steady her, pulling her up by encircling her with his arm. It was a brief moment of contact, yet Nomi's palm was unusually hot. His elevated body temperature was a unique trait of werewolves. When Nomi returned to the cabin, Iris was whittling a piece of wood, fashioning it into a pointed shape, resembling a weapon. By simply using telepathy, one could know what had just happened to Iris. It was she who appeared as the black figure at the entrance of the hotel and, with her agile skills, got Olivia onto the huge boulder. Nomi asked Iris what she wanted to do. Iris merely wanted to remind him not to get too close to that human. As a protector, Iris had to follow Nomi. Thinking of this, Iris averted his gaze. She needed to take good care of the situation and prevent him from having any more ambiguous interactions with Olivia, but it was unlikely that Nomi would let go so easily. She threw the sharpened piece of wood, and Nomi caught it. He even deliberately showed off his skills by doing a few somersaults and caught it nimbly, which earned him some perfunctory applause from Iris. Olivia opened her eyes and sleepily rolled over in bed. She had no idea how long her afternoon nap had lasted. She sat on the bed in a daze until she heard some noise and then walked barefoot to the window. Looking down from the window, she could see her colleagues wandering around the yard with a somewhat bewildered look. Simona had also noticed the strange occurrence by the bed. However, it reminded her of the movies or novels she had watched or read with her classmates in the school dormitory. The male lead would always come to the female lead's window on a beautiful night, creating a hazy atmosphere and always leading to some sweet story. Whether it was a vampire or a werewolf, she wanted to think on the positive side anyway. "And you, Simona?" Olivia asked, "Did you see those strange happenings? Like the black shadow outside the window and what seemed to be a paw. I saw it. Do you think there could really be werewolves in this world? We're staying here surrounded by this vast and silent forest. At night, that forest is pitch-black and those trees look so eerie, like the guards of the dead's sawdust. But don't you find it really strange? Why would these werewolves not come in through the front door but instead climb through the windows?" Olivia was clueless about this point as well. She simply pulled the curtain shut in silence and then went downstairs, walking on the grass. She would also take a look at the few flowers that had sprouted in spring. She plucked those flowers to examine them. The pink blossoms, just one or two here and there, were picked by her and taken back to be placed in a vase in her room. She was also wondering about that doctor, Nomi. She didn't know if his clinic was nearby. Since he had saved her colleague and good friend, she definitely wanted to pay him a visit when she had the time, and bring some gifts along to express her gratitude.
