            Was it weird that I was nervous about seeing Joel again? I felt that instead of a couple of days apart, it’d been months. I knew that he would flip out once she saw my face too, which would only add to the tension in the air. Hopefully, it wouldn’t be as awkward as I thought it would be.             I waited where I was supposed to, hiding from sight as much as possible.
