Megan POV   The gray light of dawn streamed through the only window in my bedroom, sending spears of blinding pain into my brain. Cautiously, I rolled to my uninjured side, away from the suns’ assaulting rays, and blinked my eyes open. Greeting me, propped up against the tiny table lamp on my milk crate nightstand, was a note. I’m on the floor. Please don’t step on me. Adam My eyes widened. There was a man in my bedroom.
