This girl has had me take more cold showers intentionally in one day than I can ever remember!
I reflected on how her tiny hand had felt in mine as I led her about the guest room, how she regarded me then with an expression of awe and quickly gave me an unexpected hug after seeing the corner of the room arranged for relaxation and unwinding. She demonstrated such joy at having a spot to relax. I smiled at the memory of wrapping my arms around her and kissing her head. The girl fits perfectly in my arms, and holding her felt right. Jo was adorable, and I had wanted to kiss her rosy, full lips.
