I have been in the Shadow Knight pack for a week now. Last weekend was awesome because my mom went away to see Alpha Jace. They've been friends for as long as I can remember. Mom would drag me with her when she'd go visit him in his pack. I always thought it was strange how she was friends with an alpha and she never tried to wiggle her way to be Luna. I've never felt comfortable around him. I'm just glad I wasn't forced to go this time.
I enjoyed staying with my grandparents. If I'm being honest it feels odd to me. I've gone a week without being hit. It's weird. I'm so used to being hit that I expect it. I've caught myself flinching at sudden movements. I've even dropped to the ground prepared to be kicked repea
