I looked at Blake waiting for his response.
“I can go alone.
I don’t need any help” he said.
“My King, I agree with the girl.
It is better if she goes with you,
two heads are better than one and like the Queen said.
If she can help with the Wendigo problem then let her help” Chris Salvatore said and looked at me.
There was a glint in his eyes as he said that.
Yes of course I just had to say that and now they have used it against me.
Blake looked at me and I didn’t say anything.
I know better than anyone that she doesn’t want to go there to help.
All she wants is to be alone with Blake and seduce him, this must have been the plan all along.
She wants to spend time with Blake using the council as some sort of excuse and I gave her exactly what she wants.
