The sweat was beading down my entire body. My muscles were burning with every move I was making. I tried to control my breathing with every punch I took at the bag, pretending it was this faceless man that turned the sweetest person’s world upside down and inside out. God, I hate him, I hate him even more that I do my wife’s ex. Because now, it affected all of us because we care about her.
How to hell do we convince her we care? How do we show her that she’s family and we’re here for her? She’s been hurt so much in the past that her trust in others is almost nonexistent. I’ll have to get a hold of the guys and talk about it. Sawyer had plans to talk to the girls but it’s a sensitive subject. She didn’t want the others to know her business but how do we keep this from them?
