“Stupid!” Tara muttered to herself. “So damn stupid!” How could she have been so stupid to fall asleep and miss her only opportunity to get away? She had woken up to find herself alone in bed, the early morning sun shining through the window and the bed still warm from the man who had just left. “f**k!” she cursed, throwing the warm pillow that smelled of him across the room.
