Chapter 6 Bones was waiting in the hotel lobby, conspicuously alone and looking a little pensive. “Where’s Aycayia?” Maddock asked. “She said she wanted a swim. That girl and water.” Bones shrugged and then punched the button to summon an elevator. “So, did you learn anything?” As they rode up to their floor, Maddock briefly recounted their conversation with the archaeologist at the museum. “Now we just have to figure out where to go next,” he concluded as they reached the door to their room. “I’m hoping Aycayia might be able to give us a nudge in the right direction.” “Cool,” Bones said. “I’ll grab a towel from the room and go get her.” Maddock wondered why Aycayia hadn’t simply taken a towel with her to the pool in the first place, and then decided he didn’t want to know. “Whoa!”
